Customer Review: I purchased a Mediflow pillow
and used it nightly for about 4 years and it just recently sprung
a leak. I ordered another on Amazon the same night. I have since
been using a memory foam pillow that I found in the back of the
closet, and now I remember why I put it there. Soreness in my neck
and shoulders has been disturbing my sleep as I just can't get comfortable
on the foam pillow. My Mediflow pillow can't arrive soon enough.

out every kind of pillow on the market, spending beaucoup bucks
and continuing to wake up with neck and shoulder pain, I decided
to try this. It was deliverd 5 days from order, and the filling-up
process was simple (very clear directions). My first night with
it I slept straight through, with none of the usual 3 a.m. pillow-punching-and-readjustment
interludes, and I woke up feeling totally rested and free of any
neck/shoulder pain.
As noted in the description, you can adjust the fullness as
desired, but "medium" works well for a mix of back and
side sleeping. And be aware that once filled this pillow is somewhat
heavy and unwieldy; if you're a person who likes to use pillows
to prop yourself up and read in bed, keep a couple of your old foam
or fiber-filled ones around for that. But use this one for sleeping
on; you'll be *very* happy with it.
